Visas and passports

Visa filing, without the guesswork

Tourist, business, student and work visas. Every file is read by our lawyers and chartered accountants before it goes in.

Passports and travel documents on a table

What we do on a visa file

Most refusals we see come from small things: a bank statement that stops two months early, a cover letter that does not match the itinerary, an appointment booked in the wrong category.

We would rather tell you on day one that a file is weak than take your money and hope. If we think an application will be refused, we will say so and explain what to fix first.

  • Tourist, business, student and work categories
  • Document review and an honest assessment before you pay
  • Forms, cover letters and appointment booking
  • Interview practice with the questions that get asked

Who checks your file

Lawyers and chartered accountants, not just form fillers

We have a team of lawyers and chartered accountants who go through visa documents before anything is submitted. Most agents will fill in the form. Very few will tell you that your income proof will not survive scrutiny.

Legal review

Our lawyers check the paperwork against what the consulate actually requires for your category, and flag anything that invites a question.

Financial review

Chartered accountants read the bank statements, returns and business papers the way a visa officer will, and tell you what is missing.

An honest verdict

If the file is not strong enough yet, we say so and tell you what to build up first, rather than letting you pay for a refusal.

How a visa file works

Four steps, no surprises

Tell us which country and roughly when you want to travel, and we will tell you what the file needs before you commit to anything.

Ask about your case
  1. 01

    We read your documents

Bank statements, employment proof and travel history, checked by our lawyers and chartered accountants. You get a straight answer about what the file looks like.

  2. 02

    We prepare and file

Forms filled correctly, cover letter written, supporting papers ordered the way the consulate wants them.

  3. 03

We prep you for the interview

A run-through of the questions that actually get asked, so you are not thinking on your feet at the counter.

  4. 04

    You travel

Visa in hand, and if you want, the rest of the trip booked by the same team.

Passports

Passport work too

New passports

Application, document checklist, appointment and police verification guidance.

Renewals

Renewals before they lapse, plus page-exhausted and damaged passport cases.

Urgent cases

Where the rules allow it, we push for the faster route and tell you upfront what it costs.

Lost abroad

If a passport goes missing while you are travelling, write to us and we will work the embassy side with you.
