Travel Krafterz started in 2013 out of a visa consultancy, which is a useful place to start a travel company. We had already spent years watching people lose whole weekends to paperwork.

Dr Megha Sharma

Proprietor · Religious tourism specialist

Megha is a travel entrepreneur, religious tourism expert and travel consultant with over two decades across corporate roles, visa consulting and tourism. She founded Travel Krafterz and Aapka Visa, and her particular strength is religious and spiritual travel: the Dwadash Jyotirlingas, Char Dham, the Shakti Peethas and the Sapta Moksha Puri circuits, planned as pilgrimages rather than sightseeing with a temple stop added on.

The same interest runs through Sanatana Setu, her initiative for connecting heritage with humanity, which works on India’s sacred geography, temples and living traditions.

Outside the itineraries she is a TEDx speaker, a Toastmaster and a Rotarian, hosts The Megha Sharma Show, and founded the V Empower All Foundation. Most of the rest of her time goes to women and child development work and mentoring younger founders.

Her working belief is simple: travel should not just take you to a place, it should connect you to its story, culture, faith and heritage.

Behind Megha there are ten of us: travel coordinators who build the itineraries and stay on your file, an events team that runs the floor on the day, and the lawyers and chartered accountants who read visa documents before they are filed. Between the offices in Pune, Mumbai, Delhi and Chandigarh, there is someone reachable wherever you are travelling from.
